<p>Medfield-based software consulting company Timlin Enterprises announced it launched new around-the-clock support for clients using SharePoint, a Microsoft product that allows companies or organizations to create websites, manage projects or share documents. Instead of relying on off-shore support, the new service will utilize U.S.-based experts.</p><p>Ryan Thomas, president of Timlin Enterprises, said the service will allow companies or organizations to have access to experts without the burden of the extra cost.</p><p>"Because proper SharePoint support requires subject matter experts in a variety of roles, staffing on a 24/7 basis is simply not cost effective for most organizations," said Thomas in a statement.</p><p>Timlin Enterprises currently has 15 employees and counts Genzyme, Harvard, MIT and Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. as clients.</p><p><a href="http://www.bizjournals.com/boston/blog/techflash/2014/04/timlin-enterprises-launches-new-sharepoint-support.html">Keep reading...</a></p>
