
<p>A Garlands Crossing couple is asking the public to help their six-year-old nephew get to the IWK Health Centre in Halifax from British Columbia.</p><p>Leanna Chandler says her nephew, Chase Johnson, has been hospitalized at the B.C Children's Hospital in Vancouver for more than a month, suffering from a rare form of epilepsy that causes the young boy to have several severe seizures in the span of a week.</p><p>Chandler says Chase is heavily medicated, but doctors have yet to find a form of treatment that stops the seizures and time is of the essence.</p><p>"He's not getting any better.
