Chef Ben Baird sells The Urban Pear resto in the Glebe

<p>.Baird plans to focus on his popular new food truck,Ottawa Streat Gourmet</p><p>.Details about new owner Jeffrey Frost and his plansare not known so far</p><p>JULY 22 13 9:35 AM Acclaimed chef Ben Baird, 39, says he plans to focus more on his growing street food truck and catering operation, after officially selling his 40-seat The Urban Pear restaurant in the Glebe on Friday. He opened The Pear on Second Avenue in 2002 with his former wife, Summer, who has since moved on with her own place, The Hintonburg Public House, launched in 2011.</p><p>Baird was among 18 successful new food truck and cart applicants to operate on Ottawa streets this spring/summer.
