<p>WhatsApp remains the most popular cross-platform mobile instant messaging app of choice among Bruneians.</p><p>While there are other alternatives, such as Chat On, Line and Kakaotalk to name a few, Whatsapp is really where all our friends and families are if you're Bruneian.</p><p>Everyday, people are sending more messages using Whatsapp than SMS. All of us, myself included, are heavy users of this messaging app. You just can't have a smartphone without it installed.</p><p>But here's my problem with Whatsapp: it's limited to being only a smartphone application.
