
Apple Computer has announced network management software that will help administrators <A HREF="http://zdnet.com.com/2100-1104_2-5242102.html?tag=zdnn.alert">remotely control systems</A> running Mac OS X, or Windows, or Linux operating systems. Remote Desktop 2 has more than 50 new features that include the ability to handle desktop management tasks such as installing an operating system or application software, running hardware or software inventory reports or executing commands on one or more Mac terminals remotely.
