Hotmail problems

A significant portion of people who use the Hotmail e-mail system and other Internet-based products were <A HREF="http://www.cnn.com/2004/TECH/internet/03/12/hotmail.problems.ap/index.html">having trouble accessing the services</A> on Friday. The company said it was an internal problem rather than an attack on its system.
