Customers adopting FootPrints add-on

UniPress Software announced a strong increase in customer adoption of its <A HREF="http://www.unipress.com/">FootPrints Dynamic Address Book Link</A> to improve their help desk and support center operations. An add-on module to FootPrints service desk software, this tool provides a solution to access up-to-the-minute customer contact records stored in existing LDAP-based address books, such as Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Active Directory, Lotus Notes, Sun ONE, and Novell GroupWise, and Novell NDS eDirectory.
