Accpac upgrades CRM applications

Accpac, maker of software for small to mid-size businesses (SMBs), has announced an upgrade of its CRM application that runs entirely within Microsoft Outlook. NewsFactor Network reports that enhancements in the <A HREF="http://www.newsfactor.com/perl/story/22733.html">5.6 version of Accpac CRM</A> include integration with Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes and support for the IBM DB2 database.
