ACCPAC launches upgrade to ACCPAC CRM

ACCPAC International announced the launch of a major upgrade to <A HREF="http://www.accpaccrm.com/">ACCPAC CRM version 5.6</A>. The many new features of ACCPAC CRM 5.6 includes integration with Microsoft Outlook and IBM Lotus Notes; new support for the IBM DB2 database; and Telephone Application Programming Interface (TAPI) support for expanded Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) options.
