
The Age reports that <A HREF="http://www.theage.com.au/articles/2003/11/10/1068329472783.html">Telstra's BigPond is in hot water again</A>, this time with customers taking up its offer of free spam-filtering, antivirus and firewall services to compensate for its email service problems. According to The Age, quite a number of customers have taken up the offers and a number of subscribers have reported problems with using the services and a lack of technical support. Some are also miffed by Telstra's inability to offer technical support for the Microsoft Outlook 2000 client software.
