Pumatech acquires Synchrologic

Pumatech announced that it has entered into a <A HREF="http://www.pumatech.com/press_releases/091503.html">definitive agreement to acquire Synchrologic</A> in a transaction designed to cement Pumatech as the leading provider of synchronization solutions to the enterprise, technology licensing and consumer markets. Valued at approximately $60 million, the transaction is expected to generate operational savings and positive cash flow for Pumatech.
