
Three years after changing its handheld brand from Windows CE to PocketPC, Microsoft announced that it is going back to the Windows name, calling its latest handheld operating system <A HREF="http://www.forbes.com/2003/06/24/cx_ah_0623tentech.html">Windows Mobile 2003</A>. According to Forbes, the OS will better integrate with Microsoft Outlook on the PC and with Microsoft Exchange Server, meaning email on the handheld can be constantly updated. Devices that support Wi-Fi wireless networking will automatically detect nearby networks and connect to them.
