
Internet Week reports that Microsoft issued <A HREF="http://www.internetweek.com/breakingNews/INW20021206S0009">two new security patches</A>, one for Internet Explorer and another for Microsoft Outlook. The Explorer security flaw could allow attackers to read files on a computer that visited their Web site. The Outlook problem would allow an attacker to crash the Outlook client by sending an email to the user with a deliberately malformed header.
