The Company reported revenues of $6,265,000 this quarter as compared to $6,772,000 reported last fiscal quarter and $11,311,000 reported in the second fiscal quarter of 2001. Revenue for the six-month period ended January 31, 2002 was $13,037,000 compared to $21,234,000 reported in the same period last year.
