Microsoft witness list

The <A HREF="http://www.eweek.com/article2/0,1759,1595462,00.asp">Justice Department will call Microsoft</A> to the witness stand to support its claim that Oracle's proposed, and hostile, takeover bid of PeopleSoft is bad for competition in the upper echelons of the ERP (enterprise resource planning) software industry.
