
<p>BELLOWS FALLS, Vt. -- A Vermont middle school is using a new text messaging program that it hopes will cut down on bullying.</p><p>The program at the Bellows Falls Middle School allows students to electronically report harassment. Text messages from students and parents would go to school staff.</p><p>Christopher Kibbe, the superintendent of the Windham Northeast Supervisory Union, tells the Eagle Times (http://bit.ly/1aXSskI ) that the school is testing the product.
