When you encrypt an email, only someone who has a corresponding private key is able to read it. Before your recipient can read encrypted emails from you, you will both need to exchange your digital IDs. You can do this by sending a digitally signed email to the recipient and then asking him to send one to you.

Send Digitally Signed Emails Step 1

Launch Microsoft Outlook, and click "New Email" on the Home tab.
