New CRM manager

<A HREF="http://www.altigen.com/">AltiGen Communications</A> announced a new IP-based platform for the small-to-midsize business contact center market of 10-500 agents. AltiContact Manager provides contact centers with a VoIP-based system that includes the following features: skills-based routing, Voice Mail, Unified Messaging combining voice with email and Web interactions, call detail reporting and built-in integration with CRM packages like Microsoft CRM, Goldmine, ACT! and Microsoft Outlook.
