Yes, Gchat Is Down [Update]

<p>Gchat (Google Hangout) is down right now. If you're trying to send messages about what to do tonight, you'll have to use email (Gmail works just fine). Alas.</p><p>"We're investigating reports of an issue with Google+ Hangouts," a Google spokesperson told Mashable.
