
<p>Microsoft's Windows 8.1 operating system disposes with a lot of the pre-loaded applications Windows desktops and tablets have come with in the past. In their place is a new kind of application. Dubbed Windows Store apps, settings and information stored in these apps automatically sync between PCs and Outlook.com.
