(File photo)</p><p>Paradise Valley Town Council is pondering what is and what isn't appropriate when it comes to the usage of electronic devices like smart phones, PDAs and tablet devices by members of the governing body during public meetings.</p><p>The discussion, requested by Vice Mayor Michael Collins, took place at town council's Jan. 23 work session.</p><p>Vice Mayor Collins said his concerns weren't meant to embarrass any of his fellow council members, but he is concerned whether or not electronic conversations conducted during a council meeting could be considered public information.</p><p><a href="http://arizona.newszap.com/northvalley/129164-114/paradise-valley-town-council-talks-messaging-etiquette">Keep reading...</a></p>
