Toronto man, 20, charged with luring

<p>A Toronto man has been arrested for allegedly luring a 10-year-old boy and police fear there may be there may be more victims around the globe.</p><p>Police want the public to be aware of a 20-year-old man they allege contacted a boy through social media for sexually based chats and sent the youth a webcam so he could be exploited further.</p><p>The suspect came under investigation after a tip from the U.S., said Toronto Police Det. Const.
