If you've answered yes while on a website from Intel, Rogers, Sunoco, or many other companies, the platform delivering that chat is from Comm100. Now its chat window can be dragged on top of browsers wherever the end user wants it to be. When the user clicks on another browser tab, the window will follow.</p><p>As the press release notes, Comm100 has also released an updated API:</p><p>"Most businesses have more than one e-commerce tool in use.
