
<p>NORA SPRINGS | Residents got their first look at plans for a proposed aquatic center Tuesday, discovering a number of features designed for summer fun.</p><p>A drawing of the pool and photos of various amenities were available during an informational meeting at the Nora Springs Lions Community Center.</p><p>The design includes zero-depth entry, a toddler area, a lift chair, a family slide, a large enclosed slide, water sprays and a bench in the water with a sunshade. Additional sunshades are arranged on the pool deck, and the pool also has a basketball goal, volleyball net, log roll, climbing wall and channel with a current.</p><p>The proposed aquatic center would also feature low and high diving boards and an updated bathhouse with a concession stand.</p><p><a href="http://wcfcourier.com/news/local/nora-springs-residents-see-aquatic-center-design/article_daf29c72-b3be-5a77-b0c4-ecba3c45f75a.html">Keep reading...</a></p>
