A quick turnaround on the second pass for this chapter

<p>OK, I know I just posted the first version of this chapter, but what the heck, here's a quick update. This second version of the Install chapter for Windows 8.1 Book adds a number of new sections and other additions.</p><p>As I noted in the first update for the Install chapter, I figured this would be a long but straightforward chapter, and that the presentation would work. After filling out more sectionsset up Windows 8.1 without using a Microsoft account, set up Windows 8.1 on a new PC, install Windows 8.1 on a PC you built, upgrade to Windows 8.1 from a previous Windows version, and install Windows 8.1 in a virtual machineI think it's indeed going to work out just fine.
