As an upgrade to their current solution, Telekenex customers can now leverage their Click-to-Dial capability from within all Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Email.</p><p>Previous versions of this integration software allowed users to dial contacts directly from their Outlook contact list, as an extension of their phone's directory.</p><p>"We have been working hard to provide a more seamless Click-to-Dial integration, by incorporating the programs our customers use the most", says Tom Swayze, Chief Technology Officer for Telekenex.
