<p>One user complains that she keeps on getting the "Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close" error whenever she gets a message from her boss' Galaxy S4 from Verizon. Then, whenever she clicks the "Don't send a report" response which is prompted by the message, the app suddenly reboots. She thinks that the problem is somewhat triggered by the message from the Galaxy S4.</p><p>Causes of the Outlook Error Message</p><p>Unfortunately, I haven't encountered this case yet and further research did not yield any cases related to this so far. So, I can't say for sure if the Galaxy S4 message is triggering the error. But personally, I think that the problem is in the Outlook app not on the Galaxy S4.
