<p>Invi, an Android-focused startup that brings multimedia HD messaging to texting, announced that it closed a $3 million seed round of funding. Participants include Li Ka-shing's Horizons Ventures, Ashton Kutcher and Guy Oseary's A-Grade Investments, Alpha Investment, UpWest Labs and a number of angel investors.
