Evernote has just become even more useful if you are a user of both Chrome and Gmail, for you can now use Evernote's Web Clipper Chrome extension to store Gmail conversation threads in your account. Quite a few of us here at MakeUseOf are big Evernote fans. I personally wrote MakeUseOf's Evernote manual and I use the service every day for storing all of my web notes, pictures, and files.

This new Gmail clipping feature can be extremely useful for some people, especially if you use Gmail for work purposes. If there is an important email that you need stored in Evernote, you no longer have to copy and paste everything. All it takes now is one click of the web clipper button and you're done.

When you have an email you want saved, you need to open each thread of the conversation by clicking on it. Once they are all open, click the Web Clipper button and the box will pop up for you to send the email to your Evernote account. You will also see a "clean" version of the email thread (all unnecessary stuff removed such as headers) which is what you will see in Evernote.

"Email accounts are much more than a history of conversations. They contain photos, research, files, purchase receipts, travel itineraries, and just about everything in between. The trouble with email is that with thousands of emails in an account, it become incredibly difficult to organize things and find what you need, which is precisely where Evernote excels."
