<p>LOOK OUT FOR OUTLOOK: Microsoft is adding its popular Outlook email program to the list of applications on its Surface tablet and other devices running on a lightweight version of the Windows 8 operating system.</p><p>COMING ATTRACTION: Outlook 2013 will be part of a free update called Windows 8.1 coming later this year.</p><p>FEEDBACK MATTERS: Windows 8.1 is a response to customer complaints about the confusing changes ushered in by the release of Windows 8 last October.
