<p>Chrome: Kloudless is a free web service that can automatically move any email attachment you get to the cloud storage service of your choice, including Dropbox, Box.net, Google Drive, and more. You can also share and upload files on those services to emails you send with a few clicks.</p><p>Kloudless is in beta right now, but it's already looking really good. Once the Chrome add-on is installed, you can create custom rules to automatically download Gmail attachments to the cloud service(s) of your choice. If you use more than one, you can tell it to move files wherever you prefer. After the file transfer, the link in your email to view the attachment is automatically updated to be a link to where the file is in your Dropbox, Box, or Google Drive folderthat way you don't wind up downloading it again. All of your files are encrypted while they're being transferred, just for added security.</p><p>If you have files on one of those cloud services you want to send as an attachment, Kloudless essentially makes Gmail compatible with all of them. Just drag in the file you want to attach to your message, and Kloudless will attach it as a public link to the cloud service it's already on, without you having to do anything different. If you want, you can even limit access to those shared files with by user or with a password so only your intended recipient can see your files.</p><p>Right now Kloudless supports Gmail primarily, but there is Outlook support for those of you using Outlook at work (or at home). You'll have to sign up for an invite to get the Outlook plug-in, but the Chrome extension is available now.
