
<p>Since starting in 2004, the group has had over 2,500 attendees from over 500 organizations in Minnesota</p><p>MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today the Minnesota SharePoint User Group (MNSPUG) reaches a milestone by celebrating its 100th meeting. Started in May of 2004 by the SharePoint team at Inetium (now Avtex), the MNSPUG was one of the first of its kind in the world and remains one of the largest and longest-running SharePoint user groups attracting over 2,500 attendees since launch.</p><p>"When we first started the user group, we didn't really know what to expect"</p><p>The user group originated out of the desire to create a community focused on how to best leverage SharePoint, Microsoft's flagship collaboration and productivity platform.
