<p>We are receiving reports that Microsoft Outlook and Hotmail email services are currently down for many users across Asia and Europe.</p><p>As of last month, Microsoft merge most of Outlook.com and Hotmail features together, making the login page unified. As such both services are currently down even if the problem could be specific to one of the services.</p><p>Microsoft is yet to issue a statement and it is unclear just how many users across Asia and Europe are seeing Hotmail and Microsoft Outlook down. The problem reports is a "connection reset" error as compared to the 404 Not Found problem encountered in the past.</p><p>It was exactly a month ago (March 13th) when Outlook and Hotmail suffered its last major outage. At that time, the email service was down for a full 12 hours before resuming operation.
