<p>Twitter on Tuesday rolled out an update for its Windows Phone app. The newly redesigned app now features a sleek new look and support for Windows Live Tiles.</p><p>Looking at the app users will now find buttons for the Home, Connect, Discover, and Me tabs found in other versions for iOS and Android users.</p><p>The Home button shows users tweets from people they follow.
