(PRWEB) February 14, 2013</p><p>The entries poured in from around the world for the $100,000 SharePoint Makeover Contest as individuals submitted their vision for what they could accomplish with SharePoint 2013. Today, Metalogix, the leading provider of content infrastructure software to improve the use and performance of enterprise content on Microsoft SharePoint, Exchange and Cloud platforms, has announced the three finalists. The finalists are: Cherie Riesberg, Universal Technical Institute, who wants to upgrade her company's SharePoint 2007 environment to SharePoint 2013 and take advantage of new MySites and search features. She feels that her organization could benefit from enhanced collaboration in SharePoint 2013. C. Jake Jacobsen, Babson College, who is looking at moving his university to a uniform SharePoint 2013 environment, as its intranet is currently on SharePoint 2007 while the extranet is on SharePoint 2010. He believes the social features in SharePoint 2013 would stimulate collaboration. Alex Aslan, Allianz Global Investors, who wants to upgrade his company's internal SharePoint 2007 environment to SharePoint 2013 for better mobile device and social feature support.
