Haymarket dumps Exchange 2003 for Google

<p>Publishing group Haymarket has deployed Google Apps for Business and Google Apps Vault, ditchingMicrosoft in the process.</p><p>Haymarket's group IT director, Simon Turner, said: "There are many compelling reasons to switchto cloud computing services. Our decision was driven by a real desire to improvecollaboration, innovation and to enhance productivity within the group."</p><p>The publisher joins a fast growing group of multi-national organisations that have switched tocloud computing services, hoping to enable growth and improve business communications across theglobe.</p><p>As Computer Weekly reported earlier this month, global HR firm Randstad has standardisedglobally on the Google cloud platform, despite having to work through complexlegal and contractural issues to deploy it across countries with incompatible data laws.</p><p><a href="http://www.computerweekly.com/news/2240177833/Haymarket-dumps-Exchange-2003-for-Google">Keep reading...</a></p>
