<p>Tesco has signed a deal to roll-out Microsoft Office 365 across its Europe and Asianoperations.</p><p>Mike McNamara, Tesco CIO, said the deal would encourage a culture shift to more flexibleworking. "We want to put technology in the hands of all our colleagues, whether in the store,distribution centre or office, so they can create value for our customers," he said.</p><p>He added: "This will allow our colleagues to engage with each other and deliver a greatshopping experience on any channel, as well as encouraging colleagues to share, reuse, and rewardideas and expertise."</p><p>The news comes as the company posted strong online trading results for the six weeks beforeChristmas, seeing online food sales grow of 18% and Tesco Direct sales up 16%, with the companyreporting strong performance in is Click & Collect offering.</p><p><a href="http://www.computerweekly.com/news/2240175847/Tesco-rolls-out-Microsoft-Office-365">Keep reading...</a></p>
