<p>CodeTwo programmers have just rolled out a brand new signature manager for Microsoft Outlook, Office 365 and Outlook Web App (OWA). The program is especially useful for deploying company-wide signatures in hybrid and cloud-dependent company networks.</p><p>Jelenia Gora, Poland (PRWEB) December 11, 2012</p><p>Many companies struggle with the problem of deploying a unified email signature in their organization. Users keep setting their email signatures individually in Outlook, but in the end the graphical style of their emails lacks consistency and does not always match the visual identity of a given company. Thanks to the new product CodeTwo launched a few days ago, this may not be the case anymore.</p><p>CodeTwo Email Signatures allows setting a unified signature for the entire company in Microsoft Outlook, OWA or Office 365. Although the program requires an Active Directory domain connection, a local Exchange Server installation is not needed for it to work.
