Kathryn Rose, Training Manager at Focus4 Training stated the benefits of instructor led courses "when learners enrol on a Microsoft Office Specialist course they undertake online training needs assessments, the course is then customised to focus on the subjects they need to concentrate on to reach the required standard. Microsoft certified trainers are at hand to teach, give advice and coach on 1-2-1 basis. At the end of the intensive course learners sit the exam. When learners have earned their MOS certification they will receive a certificate and a MOS logo which they can proudly display on cv's, emails and other business documents".</p><p>Kathryn Rose, Training Manager at Focus4 Training stated "The MOS qualification is given to individuals who display expertise in one or more of the following Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access. There are also expert level MOS certifications for Microsoft Word and Excel, which require an additional exam.
