A simple HTML tag will crash 64-bit Windows 7

<A href="http://www.theregister.co.uk/2011/12/21/win_7_bug_crash_risk/" target="_blank">The 64-bit version of Win7 has an unpatched vulnerability</A> that can result in a full "blue-screen-of-death" crash. The exploit uses an IFRAME tag to trigger the crash.
