<A target="_blank" href="http://delimiter.com.au/2011/09/28/linux-fans-file-accc-complaint-over-win8-boot/">The Australian Linux community filed a complaint with the Australian Competition</A> and Consumer Commission (ACCC) about Microsoft's plans to use UEFI. Microsoft is requiring all devices bearing the "Designed for Windows 8" logo to use the new boot feature. They are not making any provisions for other operating systems to be run on such devices.
