The CodePlex Foundation

<A target="_blank" href="http://www.consortiuminfo.org/standardsblog/article.php?story=20090914102959510">Microsoft announced formation of the CodePlex Foundation</A> shortly after discovering it had inadvertently sold 22 patents to the Open Inventions Network. CodePlex is supposed to be a consortium, but so far it appears they're discouraging others from joining.
