Microsoft targets rogue anti-virus program

<A target="_blank" href="http://www.techworld.com/news/index.cfm?RSS&NewsID=117249">A program called Internet Antivirus Pro</A> tricks people into installing it to scan for viruses. Instead it installs password-stealing software. Now the Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool (MSRT) is being updated to catch it.
