Network Computing has this article about Kyberpass Corporation's <A HREF="http://www.networkcomputing.com/1309/1309sp2.html">Secure Email TrustPlatform</A>, a Microsoft Outlook 98, 2000 and 2002 plug-in. The article says that the most compelling part of TrustPlatform is its encryption-certificate-storage and OCSP (Online Certificate Status Protocol) functionality, which is missing from Outlook.
