Here's a quick tip that'll save you a bunch of time. If you use the Junk E-mail feature within Outlook, you can easily increase the system's accuracy and reduce the number of false-positives, all by checking one checkbox.
Doing so is very simple. Open Junk E-mail->Junk E-mail Options from the Actions menu. Click the Safe Senders tab. At the bottom of the window, be sure to check "Automatically add people I e-mail to the Safe Senders list".
That's it. Now, every time you send a message, that user is automagically white-listed and you no longer have to fish them out of the Junk folder. Over time, you'll see more and more real junk in the Junk E-Mail folder and your good email will flow to your inbox like it should.
