<p>Russian mobile operator Megafon, in cooperation with its R&D subsidiary MegaLabs, has launched testing exploitation of its Unified Messaging Service (UMS) in Siberia. Free SMS, MMS and e-mail among users of the service, as well as other free functions are offered under the single application accessible on Android and iOS mobile devices.
