
<p>The mobile messaging service Line is aiming to hit 300 million to 400 million users by the end of this year as it adds new features such as mobile gaming, the service's developer said Tuesday, Taiwan's official Central News Agency reported.</p><p>The Line app has tallied over 83 million users from 230 countries since its launch in June 2011, and the number is estimated to exceed 100 million this month, according to Kang Hyun-bin, head of the Line business office at South Korea-based NHN Corp.</p><p>The fast-growing messaging service now has more than 10 million users in Taiwan, where NHN might open a branch office to seek more business opportunities, Kang told CNA on the sidelines of the CommonWealth Economic Forum in Taipei, the news agency reported.</p><p><a href="http://www.chinaeconomicreview.com/taiwan-messaging-app-line-looks-increase-growth-2013">Keep reading...</a></p>
