<p>Whether you stay or go, it's smart to back up important files, photos and other information from your computer and other electronic devices.</p><p>Computers</p><p>MICROSOFT allows users to store data in the cloud with SkyDrive. Once you create a free account, you can upload and view your stored files from any computer or mobile device. Those files can be accessed from SkyDrive.com, via desktop apps for Windows and Mac and with apps for Windows Phone, Android and iOS.</p><p>APPLE users can also back up data from their Mac computer, iPhone, iPad or iPod such as photos, music, apps, calendars and documents to iCloud, a feature already built into new iOS devices and new Mac computers. You'll need to create an Apple ID and password. Once you turn on iCloud on each device, data backs up automatically over Wi-Fi when a device is connected to a power source.
