Microsoft Office for Mac fix falls at first hurdle

<A target="_blank" href="http://www.theregister.co.uk/2009/04/15/0ffice_update_failure/">Office 2008 for Mac 12.1.7 update</A>, to patch some remote code execution vulnerabilities, was released Tuesday. By Wednesday there were multiple posts on MacInTouch from users complaining about installation failures. The "fix" may require complete re-installation of Office.
