Russia gets budget Windows

Microsoft will release <A HREF="http://news.zdnet.com/2100-3513_22-5381547.html?tag=zdnn.alert">a low-price version of Windows in Russia</A> by the end of the year, an effort to wean consumers in that country off pirated software and Linux.
